Services Provided: Our agency offers a range of digital marketing services, including but not limited to SEO, social media marketing, content creation, PPC campaigns, and website design
Non-Refundable Services: Due to the nature of digital marketing services, most are non-refundable once work has begun. This includes services such as consulting, strategy development, content creation, and paid advertising campaigns.
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
Service Cancellations: If a client cancels a service before any work has commenced, a full refund will be issued for any pre-paid services.
Failure to Deliver: If the agency fails to meet agreed-upon deliverables or deadlines, a partial refund may be issued. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
Dissatisfaction: If a client is dissatisfied with the work provided, the agency will work to resolve the issue. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, a partial refund may be offered, depending on the extent of the deliverables completed.
If the contract is performance-based (e.g., leads generated, sales increase, or KPIs met), the agency does not offer refunds unless agreed-upon performance metrics are not met after a reasonable adjustment period.
The client must give a minimum of [30/60] days for campaigns to show results, depending on the type of service (e.g., SEO typically takes longer than paid advertising).
Deposits: If a deposit is required at the start of a project, the deposit is non-refundable after work has begun, except in cases where the agency is unable to fulfill its contractual obligations.
Retainers: For retainer-based services, payments are due upfront for the agreed period. These payments are non-refundable, but unused hours may be carried over to the next month, depending on the agreement
Either party may terminate the agreement with [30 days] notice in writing. Any pre-paid services for the remaining duration of the contract will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
In rare cases, such as fraud or breach of contract by the agency, a full refund will be issued.
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to resolve the issue through mediation or arbitration before seeking legal recourse.
Refunds will not be issued for external factors beyond the agency's control (e.g., Google algorithm changes, platform policy changes, client delays, or third-party service issues)
The agency does not offer refunds for any ad spend on paid campaigns, as those funds are directly paid to platforms like Google or Facebook.
Clients are responsible for providing necessary materials, access to accounts, and timely feedback. Delays in client cooperation may affect the project timeline and results but will not be grounds for a refund.
This refund policy may be updated periodically, and clients will be notified of any significant changes.
